Traci Lowe - Dallas,Texas

Mental health can have a significant impact on a person’s life, not just psychologically, but physically as well.  It is so important to take the time to take care of yourself in all aspects of your life.  Recognizing that there is a mental health issue is a start.  Staying physically active helps to manage stress and tension, improve brain health, and promote overall well-being.

As a longtime supporter of MDHDrides, I'm honored to be a part of Motivate & Develop Humanity's mission to raise awareness and promote mental health for all people.

Stephen Chiang - San Francisco, California

Hi, I'm Stephen. I chose to partner with MDH because I believe in the mission and vision. Awareness of disease prevention and the importance of mental health steers a holistic approach towards the fullness of life. I'm inspired by Marlan, his boldness to do long and challenging rides to raise funds/awareness, and his kindness and passion to do this good work.

Logan Harrison Hines - San Francisco, California

Texas-born, Californian-raised Logan, who has been combining his love of cycling, travel and fundraising for charitable causes over the past 10 years, explains why he cycles to raise awareness, ”My real motivation comes from wanting to do something good in memory of those who have died from mental illness and chronic disease, but also to honor those still living." His aim is to educate people about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. "
